Please note that the above prices do not include the cost of entertainment passes which are available to buy from Haven once your booking has been registered with them.  

Once we have received your deposit we will then confirm your details with Haven who will email you a confirmation code and you can then purchase passes by visiting haven.com/play-pass.

Once you have purchased Play Passes, bookings can be made at haven.com/experience. You can book activities and restaurant tables 12 weeks before you arrive. Swimming sessions are available to book 4 weeks before arrival.

Prior to arrival you will only be able to purchase play passes for the guests registered by the owner of the caravan booked. If there are any errors with the number of play passes being offered please contact the owner of your caravan in the first instance to ensure they have recorded the correct number and breakdown of guests for your booking.

If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. No refund will be given if you no longer require the Play Passes.

Once you've purchased your Play Passes, you will be sent a purchase receipt that you'll need to keep safe so you can collect your Play Passes on arrival.

Play Passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable.

*Child pass is applicable from 5-15 years old; children under 5 do not require a pass to be purchased. Please note, if passes are not purchased for the party, children under 5 will not have access to the swimming or the entertainment alone, they must always be accompanied by an adult with a Play Pass.
